So THATS why prison overcrowding is a problem...Sheesh, why don't they just legalise and tax the shit outta marijuana like they do cigarettes. Its no worse than alcohol for crying out loud and thats legal. Guess when you are the government you have to save face at any cost, even if you are giving up billions of dollars in a tax revenues and lightens the load on an already taxed prison system.
